Natalie Koncz
School Psychologist

I grew up in northern California, just outside of the Berkeley/Oakland area. I moved to beautiful Colorado to study psychology at the University of Colorado, Boulder campus in 2002. After graduation, I took several years off from school and worked in the Boulder community while I decided my next educational/career steps. Once I learned about the field of School Psychology, I applied and was accepted to the School Psychology program at University of Colorado, Denver. My position as a School Psychologist allows me to support students, families and communities while drawing upon and expanding my background in the areas of psychology and education. Before joining the team here at TJHS, I spent time in both Aurora Public and Adams #14 School Districts completing my required training and working with students and families. I am an advocate for students and directly support their social, emotional and academic development and achievement. I love hiking, traveling, being with friends and family, animals, sports and laughing. I am happy to be a part of the TJ community and look forward to working with the staff, kids, families and community members. This is my fifth year at Thomas Jefferson- Go Spartans!
