TJ Cross-Country 2025!

We are so excited about another upcoming cross-country season!

All runners and parents should download the Remind App for frequent updates and communication from coaches. We will also use Remind to communicate about summer practices/preseason.

  •  TJ Cross-Country Remind code: @tjxco2025

Please see the welcome letter (linked below) regarding important details about our team and summer training. There is also a link to our summer training calendar (which will be updated weekly), as well as the x-country workout descriptions.

Summer training is the foundation of a successful cross-country season. Building your endurance gradually helps prevent injury and makes fall workouts more fun and effective. If you skip it, you’ll spend the season catching up—or risk getting hurt trying to do too much too soon. Whether you run on your own or join our optional team practices, summer training helps you build strength, confidence, and consistency. Even if you can only attend a few practices, it’s a great way to connect with your teammates and coaches before the season begins.

The official XC season start date is August 11, 2025.  Practice is Mon-Fri (3:35-5:15pm) and we meet on the track. Our first meet is on August 23, 2025.

Don’t forget to get a physical and pay/register on Family ID before the start of the season!
