CSAP Tip #1: Eat a Good Breakfast

Posted 11/12/2009 by Matt Spampi

2255_MEDIUMAccording to many experts, eating breakfast can have a beneficial influence on school performance.
According to one study, children who ate a healthy breakfast had higher energy levels and better learning ability than similar students who did not eat breakfast.
Another study conducted by Harvard researchers found that students who ate breakfast were “…significantly more attentive in the classroom, earned higher grades in math, and had significantly fewer behavioral and emotional problems.”
Think this is a joke?  Give it a try.  Go an entire week without
missing breakfast and see if you notice a difference.
