We are excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online registration and parent permission forms through FamilyID (www.familyid.com). Students must register online OR complete a paper packet (available on the Spartan Athletics page).
FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.
It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration.
You will need to submit hard copies of your current physical and FRL information if you sign up for the free and reduced lunch waiver payment. These items will be submitted to your athletic director.
REGISTRATION PROCESS

You will need to create an account with FamilyID or log in with an existing account. Make sure to click the save and continue button and review your registration summary.
You can choose to pay your athletic fee using Pay Pal, credit or debit card and will be charged a $1.00 convenience fee OR you can choose to pay your athletic fee at the school. You will receive and email confirmation of your registration and a receipt if you have chosen to pay on-line.
At any time, you may log in at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s).
To view a completed registration, select the ‘Registration’ tab on the blue bar.
